Booking Terms:
We perform throughout the greater metropolitan Phoenix area. Some locations will require travel fees. Bookings may be made a year in advance or the week of your event, depending upon our availability.
We work with a contract, and a non-refundable deposit of one-half of the total fee is due at the time the contract is signed. The balance of the fee is due on or before the performance date.
All payments must be made by check or cash as we do not accept credit cards.

WEDDING CONSIDERATIONS:
If your special event is a wedding, you may wish to plan about fifteen minutes of prelude music, a processional for the bride’s attendants, a processional for the bride, a little music for the unity candle lighting / communion / flowers to the mothers (if appropriate to your ceremony), recessional for the wedding party and postlude music. We will be delighted to help you plan your wedding music from our extensive repertoire. If you wish to have music played that is NOT included in our repertoire, there will be an additional fee for locating and/or arranging additional music.
Brides have often said they don’t know what music they “should” have played at their weddings. There are no requirements for wedding music other than that the music should reflect your wishes and taste. We will, however, be happy to make suggestions for you to consider.
